Default New Idea for Havelock

We are planning to move to Havelock to join our daughters who have moved there in Aug. 2007.
Pray we sell our California house in a timely manner. Wouldn't hurt to make a couple of dollars on it too.
Looking forward to this quaint little town in NW Iowa that has a lot of interesting potential for raising a family.

Default timely move in

Nothing happens until we sell our home in California. I'm praying that the Creator is also a Realtor that doesn't listen to the housing news!

I am in a business that is very directly affected by construction including residential and my sales in Jan are up against a record 2007. Don't always believe a media that has a definite agenda. Welocme to Iowa, Paul!

Default Right on

That is why we try to listen to the voice of God. The experts here are killing us.

Good thoughts. I know when things usually go awry for me is when I find I am trying to do what I want to do and not what He wants me to do.

We hoping so. Since I am retired I am thinking that a good coffee shop with like a mini-mart might be a good thing to get involved with. Like a place for hunters or fishermen or what ever could have a place to meet and greet. At least on the back burner for when we actually get there and see if there is a market for that kind of thing.
